Critera for Portal Links

In determining which links to include on the portal, we use these criteria. These ensure that the portal remains relevant to the entire RPI community but doesn't become too crowded.

• The linked-to page must provide information or service that is of interest to all or most members of the RPI community.
• The page must be affiliated with RPI or an RPI-sponsored organization, or else represent a similar level of authority and credibility.
• The page must be the primary page of a particular online area or subsite, or a central source of content of a particular category.
• The content of the page must be unique with regard to the other links in the same category on the portal.
